Information we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
- Programme interest, chart experience notes, and message content from enquiry forms
- Enrolment and invoice records when you join a workshop or coaching block
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed (and cookies as described in our cookies policy)
We do not ask for brokerage passwords, tax file numbers, or full payment card numbers through this website.
Purpose of use
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, issue invoices, improve teaching materials, meet legal obligations, and — if you accept analytics cookies — understand which guides are read.
Legal bases & Australian Privacy Principles
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including for the primary purpose of providing training services you request and related administration.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if you do not enrol. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for seven years for accounting and dispute purposes unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data retained via cookies follows the durations in the cookies table.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
Our website host or email provider may store data on servers outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may complain to us first at info@insightlysys.digital; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Children
Programmes are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting changes here. Significant changes affecting enrolled clients will also be noted by email where practical.
