Conditions for using the Insightlysys website and for enrolling in technical analysis training.

Acceptance

By browsing insightlysys.digital or enrolling in an Insightlysys programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enrolment enquiry.

About us

Insightlysys provides technical analysis training focused on breakout and retest strategies. Teaching is delivered from 88 Souttar Terrace, Hillarys, Western Australia, and by scheduled video where arranged. Contact: (08) 9253 2890 ยท info@insightlysys.digital.

Educational nature of services

Programmes teach chart reading and decision processes. They are not personal financial product advice under Australian law, not brokerage services, and not a promise of trading profit or loss avoidance. You remain solely responsible for orders placed with your broker.

Enrolment & payments

Places are confirmed after enquiry and offline payment arrangements. Prices on the rates page are informational. Deposits and balances are due as stated on your invoice. This website does not process card payments.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, curriculum text, annotated example charts prepared for class, and site content belong to Insightlysys or its licensors. You may keep materials provided for your personal study. You may not republish, resell, or teach from those materials as your own course without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit abusive content through forms). Do not present Insightlysys materials as regulated financial advice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, Insightlysys is not liable for trading losses, consequential damages, or decisions you make using ideas discussed in class. Our liability for a supplied training service is limited, where permitted, to re-supply of the service or payment of the cost of re-supply.

Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
